Connect Appointments is looking for an experienced Material Handler with counterbalance FLT licence to join our growing client in the Auchterarder area. This is a long‑term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Booking goods in to stock, issuing stock for relevant jobs, consolidating stock and putting back into storage
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Using handheld scanners to pick stock for use
• Reading labels to identify correct goods for issue
• Consolidation of stock to put back into storage
• Storing and receiving goods throughout the warehouse
• Safely manoeuvring the forklift in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Valid forklift (FLT) licence
• Previous work experience in a warehouse and/or other material handling role
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail with good numeracy skills
