South West/ contract / £14.25 – 16.00 per hour

Job Title: Higher Level Learning Support Worker

Location: Bristol

Start Date: Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Learning Support Worker with a passion for supporting students with additional needs? Do you have experience working with students with autism and challenging behaviours? Are you looking to join a supportive secondary school with excellent professional development opportunities?

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEND across the school, delivering targeted interventions
• Provide classroom support while working independently and as part of the wider faculty team
• Work 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 additional days on a fixed‑term contract until 31/08/2025

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND
• Team Teach training is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students
