What You’ll Do
- Welcome visitors and create a great first impression
- Support meeting rooms so they’re always tidy and ready
- Handle calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide admin support including scanning, printing and general office tasks
- Manage office supplies and keep things running smoothly
- Assist with facilities and help maintain a safe, welcoming workspace
What You Bring
- Around 2 years’ office or customer‑facing experience
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a love for teamwork
