Job Role

As a Supply TA, you will be a vital part of the classroom team. Your duties will include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to ensure no child is left behind.
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson setup and behaviour management.
• Encouraging children to engage with the curriculum through creative and patient support.
• Adapting to various school settings and policies across the Leeds area.

Requirements

• Essential: You must have previous UK experience working in a school or educational setting.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
