This is a rare and exciting opportunity to begin a career in the medical device industry – full training will be provided.This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Bagshot office (GU19 5HL). Please note that hybrid or remote working is not available for this role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Patch device shipping, receiving processing and data uploadingInter-departmental communicationData entry across multiple systemsAccuracy, attention to detail and good communication skillsUnderstanding and adhering to Quality System requirementsProactive project work to improve service offeringSHIPPING ACTIVITIESPick and Pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications.Receiving deliveries and loading into correct stock locationCompleting and maintaining all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systemsVerifies the accuracy of the data and initiates corrections when needed.Affixes shipping labels, identifying information, onto packed cartons or containers, as requiredINTAKE PATCH ACTIVITIESReceiving and processing of the patch devicePatch data upload and manually entering patient information providedCompleting and maintaining all associated intake documentation and systemsCommunicating with Management any potential system or device issues or riskAdhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data.Work Pattern40 hours per week worked Monday – Friday: 2 days (8am – 5pm) and 3 days (9am – 5pm) with a 30 minutes lunch, there is flexibility on which days.Compensation£26,500 per annum + benefitsAbout YouBright, confident and articulate with a willingness to learnResponsible and accountableStrong attention to detailDegree not required, Secondary School and College qualifications preferredPhysical requirements include reaching, bending, and sitting, negligible liftingGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment as well as under own supervisionGood time management skills and able to adjust priorities when business needs changeTechnical Skills:MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams experience preferableFull training provided on all systems and processesWhat’s In It For YouiRhythm provides excellent benefits including Private Medical & Dental insurance, Pension Scheme (with company match), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Life Assurance, Unlimited Access to Learning Platforms, Paid Holidays & Leave, Family Friendly Policies, Cultural Committee/Charity events, and so much!Location:United KingdomAs a part of our core values, we ensure an inclusive workforce.
