Your Role
As an LSA, you will be the backbone of classroom support, ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed. Your daily impact will include:
- Individual Support: Working 1-on-1 with students to overcome learning barriers.
- Empowerment: Helping young people reach their full potential through tailored guidance.
- Collaboration: Working alongside teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Inclusion: Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous experience in a school or care setting is an advantage, but a proactive attitude is key.
