SEN Residential Support Worker (Evenings & Sleep-In)

Horton Lodge School in Leek is seeking a Residential Support Worker to enhance the care and well-being of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves working in a nurturing team environment to support children after school, during the evening, and the following morning.

Successful candidates will have NVQ 3 or equivalent, good communication skills, and a commitment to pupil needs. The position offers 24 hours per week during term time, with additional paid sleep-in duties.
