Senior Manual QA Analyst: Deliver Quality Software

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong experience in manual testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, system, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams
• Validate fixes and ensure timely defect closure within SLAPrepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and test evidence
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Support UAT cycles and production validation when required
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in QA / Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience with defect tracking tools and test management tools
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
