Pear Tree Mead Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who can also cover our busy lunchtimes for us.

- Excellent communication skills
- Calm, resilient, and resourceful
- Ability to work with children with a variety of SEND
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Show initiative and work as part of a team
- Attend relevant training and apply a range of skills and strategies with the classroom
- Experience of working with children including Early Years

Details
- 30.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
- 39 working weeks per year (44.7 paid weeks per year)
- Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 – £18,469.87 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
- 1 Year Fixed term contract – with the possibility of becoming permanent
