Responsibilities
- Support adults with learning disabilities and autism, including those with complex needs, to lead a best life possible.
- Provide person‑centred care, following tailored support plans and care packages.
- Connect with people and support them to live independently.
- Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in care is essential.
- Level 3 in Social Care is desirable.
- Strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health is preferred.
- Passionate, skilled individuals who bring enthusiasm, experience or specialist knowledge.
- Patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity, strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving ability, resilience.
Eligibility
- Applicants without a Level 3 qualification should have relevant experience in social care.
