No. 27 College Road a 120 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday – Friday.
About the role
Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys fixing things and keeping everything running smoothly? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our building safe, functional and welcoming for residents.
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
- Ensuring statutory compliance across the building
- Managing commercial waste bins located outside the property
- Handling day‑to‑day maintenance issues and unexpected repairs
- Helping to create a safe, well‑maintained and welcoming environment for residents
About you
We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work.
You’ll ideally have:
- A hands‑on approach with experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Good organisation and time‑management skills
- A positive, can‑do attitude, even when things get challenging
- The ability to work independently while also supporting the wider team
