You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. What you’ll do
- Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
- Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
- Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
- Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service
