We’re looking for a hands‑on, team‑player candidate eager to contribute to something extraordinary.

The successful candidate will work alongside our busy facilities team, responsible for the safe and effective maintenance of our site.

Day‑to‑Day Duties

• Maintain and repair buildings and systems on site, including plumbing, air, heating, and IT network systems.
• Handle other maintenance tasks such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing, drywall installations, and groundwork.
• Recycle and manage waste.
• Ensure cleanliness of the site facilities.
• Carry out any other duties requested by the supervisor.
• Use various platforms, ladders, and access equipment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or building services role.
• Basic mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to high safety and professionalism standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and proactive approach to maintenance issues.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Relevant technical qualifications in maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Good IT skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
