  • Providing reassurance, emotional support, and daily assistance to residents

The Marlowes is a secure, gated development offering a mix of well-appointed studios and one-bedroom flats, tailored for adults with learning disabilities and physical needs. Hours: Full-time position available – applicants must be flexible to work across a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.

Please note: Due to the nature of the residents’ care needs, this is a male-only role in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. Applicants must also be comfortable working in an environment with a dog and cats.
