You will provide an excellent Customer service taking time to get to know our customers, offers and products whilst optimising delivery routes. Your Day will start by checking off your orders against the delivery from the manufacturer and preparing your orders and route to carry out deliveries.Key activities will include:Checking off orders accurately ready to be delivered, deal with anomalies and advise the team.Gaining authorised signatures and printed names from customers for all parts deliveredEnsuring that receipts or payments are received for all parts deliveredSecure Cash handling and accurate Banking.Driving in a safe and courteous manner within the law at all times, ensuring driver behaviour guidelines are followed.As the face of JCB Renault Trade Parts maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times including Cleaning the delivery vehicle inside and out, carrying out vehicle checks, providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient van delivery serviceEnsuring compliance with business standards and processes, financial legal and ethical guidelines.
