Freelance / Temp Opportunity – Bid Coordinator
I’m currently supporting a well-regarded design-led architecture practice in their search for a Bid Coordinator to join the team on a short-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in bids, proposals or business development coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating and producing high-quality tender and PQQ submissions
- Managing deadlines and bid documentation across multiple live opportunities
- Liaising with internal teams and external consultants to gather information
- Supporting bid meetings, reviews and submission processes
- Maintaining bid trackers and tender portal activity
- Ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant and visually polished
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience supporting bids/tenders within architecture or the wider built environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong written English and proofreading ability
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Experience with public sector procurement processes is highly desirable
This role is available immediately and would suit someone who can hit the ground running in a collaborative studio environment.
