Maintenance Surveyor – East London

Location: East London

Salary: London – £37,854 – £52,051 per annum

National – £34,869 – £47,945 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering East London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
• Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to assess condition, identify defects, and evaluate associated risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs; make recommendations based on survey findings.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).
• Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
• Minimum vacancy requirements: Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK; Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship. You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
