Production Operators
Join our high‑performing team in Eastfield, Scarborough.
What You Will Do
You will work as part of a shift team to ensure smooth operation throughout all our production processes.
Your Main Tasks Will Include
- Adhering to UPM Safety Principles, Values, ISO Standards, and Standard Work
- Operating processes throughout our production operation
- Ensuring product and customer order specifications are met
- Ensuring safety, process, and quality issues are communicated promptly to the Leading Hand
- Supporting continual improvement and collaboration within and across cells actively
- Ensuring effective handover of all the relevant information at shift changeover
Working Schedule
Monday – Friday 3 Shift Pattern.
Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 2pm-10pm
Week 3: 10pm-6am
Who You Are
- You are ambitious and keen to develop, with a clear interest in progressing into a leadership role
- You communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
- You ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment, but this is not essential
