Housing Support Worker
Join our Darlington Complex Needs team to provide housing‑related support to families aged 16 and over who may be experiencing homelessness, complex needs, or safeguarding concerns.
As a Housing Support Worker, you will deliver personalized, trauma‑informed support, empower families to maximise their independence, and help them transition into long‑term, sustainable housing. You will also provide tenancy support, including budgeting, rent management, and property upkeep.

- Assist in navigating safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience working with vulnerable families in supported accommodation.
- Strong communication skills; ability to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- UK driving licence (or equivalent) and access to a vehicle.
