Band 5 Community Nurse

Responsibilities

• Care for patients and families in a 7‑day service during 8am‑8pm.
• Deliver high service standards, share best practice, and actively improve care processes.
• Use strong communication and organisational skills to provide positive patient experiences.
• Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to changing priorities.
• Use IT systems: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Have a full UK driving licence and vehicle access for work.

Ideal Candidate

• Band 5 Registered Nursing Graduate (RGN) with a license to practice.
• Confidence in using IT systems.
