We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing freight logistics business based in LS27. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing updates regarding deliveries, shipments and logistics queries
  • Liaising with drivers, warehouses and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Updating internal systems with accurate information
  • Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service throughout

About You

  • Previous customer service experience within Transport/logistics
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills and confident using multiple systems
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to problem solve and work as part of a team
