Location, Salary and Start
- Location: Natwest, Belfast City Centre
- Start date: Various start dates from June 2026
- Shifts: Full time – 40 hours per week – hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00
- Salary: £27,976.00 annual salary
What You’ll Do
- Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet all financial arrangements in line with their financial goals
- Receive tools and training in company lead Training and Grad Bay
- Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions on financial products and services
Key Responsibilities
- At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service to help the organisation achieve its goals
- Educate customers on the different ways they can bank and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
- Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while providing a seamless customer experience
- Deliver good customer outcomes by taking correct actions and mitigating gaps as needed
Customer Service Advisor – Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service with the customer’s needs and financial goals in mind
- Educate customers on banking options and support them in choosing the best options
- Complete processes and procedures in a detail-oriented, compliant manner to ensure a seamless experience
