Overview

Permanent, rewarding role in Belfast City Centre. Financial Services Contact Centre Agents in a fast paced customer service team.

Location, Salary and Start

  • Location: Natwest, Belfast City Centre
  • Start date: Various start dates from June 2026
  • Shifts: Full time – 40 hours per week – hours worked between 07:00 and 23:00
  • Salary: £27,976.00 annual salary

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet all financial arrangements in line with their financial goals
  • Receive tools and training in company lead Training and Grad Bay
  • Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions on financial products and services

Key Responsibilities

  • At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service to help the organisation achieve its goals
  • Educate customers on the different ways they can bank and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
  • Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while providing a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver good customer outcomes by taking correct actions and mitigating gaps as needed

Customer Service Advisor – Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service with the customer’s needs and financial goals in mind
  • Educate customers on banking options and support them in choosing the best options
  • Complete processes and procedures in a detail-oriented, compliant manner to ensure a seamless experience

  • Experience in a customer service environment and relationship management
