Grounds Maintenance Operative – Bristol

O’Neill & Brennan are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across various sites in and around Bristol. Due to the nature and location of the work, candidates must be able to drive to a designated meet point each day and are transported to sites thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance duties
• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and weed control
• Litter picking and site clearance
• Working as part of a team across multiple locations
• Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential) – required for access to sites
• Full UK driving licence and own transport to reach the meet point
• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
