Looking for reliable, long term work in manufacturing with a strong hourly rate and a structured shift pattern? We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well established manufacturing site in Hindley Green, Wigan, offering ongoing work with immediate starts.

The role
Working within a busy production area, you will:
- Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Work towards daily production targets
- Complete physical and manual handling tasks
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
- A flexible approach to shift work
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health & safety
Week 1 – Afternoon Shift — Sunday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00; Saturday & Sunday off
Week 2 – Morning Shift — Monday to Saturday | 06:00 – 14:00
Week 3 – Night Shift — Sunday to Friday | 22:00 – 06:00
Week 4 – Paid Time Off — Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
