Production Operative – Can Line
Location: Rugby, CV21 1HAPay Rate: £18.84Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotational, 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work on the can lines within a fast‑paced production environment. This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring can line production machinery
- Carrying out quality checks with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining production standards and health & safety procedures
- Recording and updating production information using PC systems
- Working effectively as part of a shift team
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and reliable approach to work
- Strong punctuality and attendance
- PC literate and confident using computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous production/manufacturing experience advantageous
