Customer Service Advisor – Solihull (Site-Based)
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced contact centre based in Solihull.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and delivering a high quality service. You’ll be handling a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting customers across a range of housing related queries, and aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.
The role:
- Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Making outbound calls to gather and update customer information
- Supporting customers with sensitive situations, including vulnerabilities
- Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
- Delivering excellent service while working to targets
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- A calm, empathetic, and professional approach
