Job Title: HGV Jetting Engineer

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HGV Jetting Engineer to join our Rainham Depot. This role involves identifying defects and blockages within the sewer network and using high‑pressure water jetting to clean and clear.
Responsibilities
- Work closely in a team of 2 operating high specification jetting and vacuumation units
- Assist with remote CCTV investigations to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers
- Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems
- Liaise with customers
- Update electronic records
- Ensure safety issues are reported
- Perform vehicle and jetting equipment checks
Experience and Qualifications Required
- HGV Class 2 licence, with no more than 3 penalty points ideally
- A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable
- Competent in using an electronic device – laptop or tablet for data entry
