Urbanbubble is hiring a Skilled Maintenance Operative based in Southampton, Hampshire, South East, UK.

This is a Full time opportunity (£35,000).

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum + 10% bonus. Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis.

We are looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to assist in the day to day presentation and maintenance of our luxury development. You’ll provide first line response to all building support requests and work orders raised.
