Residential Support Worker – Empower Young People

The Cambian Group is seeking Residential Support Workers for Cambian Dilston College in Corbridge, UK. Support Workers will empower young people by delivering positive behaviour support and helping them develop essential life skills.

No special qualifications are needed, but a passion for helping children is essential. Full training and a supportive probationary period with mentorship are included.
