Customer Service Advisor (AFCustomerService) City of Chelmsford, England
Salary: GBP28000 – GBP29000 per annum
A client of ours in the Chelmsford (Writtle) area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working a two-week varying rota (hours below) and paying £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Must be able to drive
Due to the location of the business.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a high level of customer service by telephone, live chat and email
- Advising customers on our range of products
- Processing orders over the phone
- Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints
- Replying to enquiries via email, live chat and over the phone
- Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years’ experience within a call centre and customer service position (ideally within the manufacturing, construction or distribution industry).

- Week 1: Monday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Week 2: Monday 8:00am – 5:30pm, Tuesday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
