An international boutique finance firm in the energy sector specialising in international investments is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the business on a maternity cover basis.
The company’s work broadly falls into two areas: delivering technical solutions such as renewable energy and storage projects, and providing advisory or facilitation services to help stakeholders make informed decisions about energy systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the EA and providing seamless support to a team of 10 people
- Coordinating international travel including organising travel to remote locations and assisting with visa applications
- Managing office operations, including liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinating company events and greeting external guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing company-wide diaries and ensuring accurate scheduling of internal and external meetings
Experience and Requirements:
- At least two years of team secretarial experience within a fast‑paced corporate environment and strong office management skills
- Extensive international travel coordination experience
- Availability for a maternity cover beginning mid to end of June
