Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on the role of Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service in an efficient and helpful manner, promoting our products and upholding the 30‑minute‑of‑activity‑5‑times‑a‑week brand mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be passionate about promoting our products and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet service standards.
  • Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic ‘can‑do’ attitude in all interactions.
  • Use computers confidently and accurately to process transactions and manage customer data.
  • Provide professional first‑point‑of‑contact service to all customers.

Work Schedule

The role requires working days, evenings, and weekends.
