About the Role
This role is offered on an hourly paid basis. To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

About You
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
