Salary & Benefits

Salary during training: £13.19 per hour. Annual earnings after training: £31,333 based on 39 hours per week for a qualified Bus Driver. Shift patterns are worked on a rolling rota. Competitive hourly rates and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence following CPC training and professional development.
• Drive the fleet safely, calmly, and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey.
• Deliver excellent customer service, helping people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for, and looked after, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years old and hold a driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days in the UK for DVLA eligibility).
• Patient, safe, and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
