Responsibilities
• Conduct phone conversations with customers, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain accurate call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets set by management while adhering to company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
