Job Description:

This is a fixed term post for 4 months to cover maternity leave.

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Glen Eyre Halls of Residence. This is a fixed-term contract for four months. The post is a busy customer-facing role that is based across two areas – the main reception and the post room.

  • Regularly interact with students, contractors and visitors
  • Use IT systems and answer phone calls
  • Become familiar with University processes and procedures
  • Work Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm depending on the rota
  • Collaborate with a team of five members
