Active Support Worker for Young Adult with Disabilities

The Rowan Organisation in Bristol is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join a new team supporting a young man transitioning to adulthood. This role focuses on delivering person-centred support tailored to individual strengths, encouraging independence, and ensuring safety during the transition process.

Ideal candidates will have experience with learning disabilities and be positive, resilient team players. A full clean driving license is preferred, and in-house training will be provided. The role requires 24/7 coverage and offers a rate of £16.50 PH plus a sleep-in rate of £80.
