Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will lead the day‑to‑day running of the business, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience, managing food and beverage operations, and driving financial performance through key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of guest experience at a high level with consistency through every shift
- Overall responsibility for the food and beverage service
- Achieving the KPI’s / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business
- HR responsibilities including recruitment and development of staff
- Stock controls
- Drive business through the delivery of consistent guest experiences
- Opening and closing of the business
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative, trustworthy and impartial
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential
