We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Harborne office, helping to oversee a large portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll handle everything from maintenance coordination and property inspections to ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. - £27800 to £32400 OTE (basic salary range of £18000 to £27500 per year, plus additional earnings from our uncapped commission scheme, estimated at £4980 in your first year)

What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of training (including breakfast, lunch and evening meals)
The skills and abilities required
- Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
Driving Requirements
- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (automatic‑only licences are not accepted)
