Welder / Manufacturing Operative – Temp To Perm

Location: Aldermaston, Reading

Salary: £14.25 per hour + Quarterly Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday | 45 Hours Per Week

Driver Hire Reading are recruiting for a Welder / Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Aldermaston.

This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work and the chance to join a supportive team environment.

The Role

• TIG welding and metal fabrication work
• Assembly of metal components and structures
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Carrying out quality checks on completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous TIG welding experience
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Manufacturing or assembly experience desirable
