Recovery Coordinator — Mental Health Support (Flexible Hours)

Position Details

Position: Mental Health Support Worker; Contract Type: Permanent; Location: Sydenham; Salary: £24,000 – £28,000

Responsibilities

• Supporting Clients: Work closely with individuals facing challenges, providing tailored support to help them achieve their recovery goals
• Creating Recovery Plans: Develop and implement personalised recovery plans that promote independence and well-being
• Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to create a supportive community
• Facilitating Workshops: Lead engaging workshops and group activities that encourage personal development and shared experiences
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress and adapt plans as necessary to ensure ongoing support

Qualifications

• Has experience in a recovery‑oriented environment or in a similar role
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is empathetic, patient, and understanding of diverse backgrounds
• Is able to work independently and as part of a team
• Holds a relevant qualification or is willing to pursue one
