Hours

• Full-time, 32 hours per week, Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday (days)
• Friday to Sunday: 06:00–14:00, then 06:00–18:00 and 06:00–18:00
• Saturday to Monday: 06:00–18:00 and 06:00–18:00, then 06:00–14:00

The role of Production Operative:

• Labelling and packing
• Assembling other plastic parts to the moulded part
• Trimming with tools
• Quality checking
• Stacking and palletising
• Housekeeping

The ideal Production Operative:

• Dedicated and reliable team player able to commit to a long-term role
• Able to commit to 32 hours per week — suits those with Monday–Friday commitments or seeking part-time weekend work
• Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential; full training provided

This role is based in Tamworth, working for a global partner in sustainable packaging solutions.

Work is performed standing next to machinery producing plastic mouldings — steady pace, not fast.
