Lead Support Worker – (26752)
Earn £14.06 per hour plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and a health cash plan worth over £1,140.
Temporary (12 months – possibility of extension), full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday‑Friday with some occasional weekends.

You’ll help people with complex needs live more independently, where no two days are the same. One moment you’re helping someone take a big step toward their goals; the next you’re supporting them through life’s everyday ups and downs.
What you’ll do
- Support planning and risk management to deliver person‑centred support. We do not provide personal care and focus on housing‑related support.
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads.
- Support customers with daily tasks such as budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
- Work with multi‑agency teams to safeguard and empower customers.
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community.
You have
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Knowledge of substance misuse, mental health, welfare benefits and homelessness.
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
- The ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure and exercise a resilient approach.
- Experience with enhanced DBS (we provide) and a valid driving licence; a vehicle insured for business use is preferred.
- Comfort with working 37.5 hours per week in core hours 9 am‑5 pm with flexibility based on customer needs.
