Customer Service Advisor, Manchester

An exciting Customer Service Advisor role paying £12.80 per hour with career progression opportunities for a permanent role based at one of Manchester sites.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue‑chip clients.

The role

Working 32 hours per week across 4 days (including weekends on a rota basis), you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth and professional operation of the Staff Entrance. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, helping maintain high site standards and supporting daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Deliver friendly, professional assistance to staff, visitors, and management.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries.
  • Verify and validate identification before granting site access.
  • Open/unlock and close/lock the site at the start and end of each shift.
  • Follow escalation procedures for incidents, ensuring compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace.
  • Report issues affecting service delivery or site standards.
  • Complete all logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Meet all internal SLAs and stay updated on procedural or operational changes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, ECP management, and Building Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, BPA guidelines, and all internal policies.
