Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance tasks at the care home, including basic plumbing and decorating. Keep the premises secure and carry out scheduled checks throughout the home.

About you
Looking for a Maintenance Operative who can handle minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, such as basic plumbing and decorating. Must work independently, take initiative. Successful candidates often have experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating.
