Rate: £12.75 per hour

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Training: Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities

• Support people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs to participate in everyday activities and community events.
• Help individuals achieve confidence and independence by encouraging them to take part in walking, shopping, visiting the gym, starting hobbies, or traveling.
• Build trust, connection, and a sense of self‑reliance with a compassionate, mindful team.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing while engaging with the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated kindness, positivity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer).
• Willingness to undertake full training and pursue NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
