We’re looking for reliable, positive and outgoing Support Workers for weekend hours across Oldham & Rochdale. Ideal for those wanting flexibility, extra income, or meaningful work that fits around weekday commitments.

Our clients have a variety of hobbies, such as sports, shopping, heading to the gym and getting out into the community etc.

  • Facilitating and attending appointments

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle including business insurance
  • No sponsorships
  • Experience preferred, but training provided for all applicants

Benefits

  • Prestige Nursing & Care Greater Manchester has been operating for 16 years, is family‑run, and has grown every year during that time.
  • Colleagues stay local – we do not travel from home to home, giving more time to spend with clients. We do not do POP INS; it’s a minimum 4‑hour shift.
  • Our office team is relaxed and supportive, and we organise your rota in 7‑week blocks, so you never get a new rota on a Sunday.
  • We provide a healthy work‑life balance with diverse shifts across Manchester.
  • We specialise in what we do and take pride in the care we deliver.
  • You’ll work with varied, interesting clients and build long‑term relationships.
  • Our care packages are used by solicitors, case managers, ICBs, and local councils.

Equal Opportunities Statement

In line with CQC and Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

Whilst we endeavour to keep the recruitment process as short as possible, due to the nature of these important checks there may be extensions to timelines. All our clients are equally entitled to have their needs met in a safe, fair and balanced way. Prestige Nursing & Care colleagues are responsible for promoting equal opportunities for all and for challenging any behaviour or practice which discriminates against any client or colleague on the grounds of race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, identity or any other perceived difference.
