Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Care Leaving Support worker for our client based in Stoke on Trent.

This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a Care leaving Support worker supporting individuals aged 16-25 with their day-to-day lives, with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Job Role

  • Supporting individuals to live their day-to-day lives.
  • Provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which young people or individuals can retain their independence in their own home or move to independence.
  • Support consists of practical and emotional assistance and working with partnership organisations to contribute to a holistic plan of care.
  • Ensuring the companies policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
  • Availability to work shifts within the homes rota.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Previous experience desired but not essential.
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • To be able to adapt well to challenging and changing situations.
