Our client, a large main franchise car dealership, in High Wycombe has the requirement for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities
As a Parts Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customersMeet agreed departmental targetsDeliver an excellent standard of customer careDealing with customer phone calls and face to face enquiresReceiving deliveries of parts into the businessAllocating parts accordingly within the storage systemsPreparing and providing accurate quotationsCommunicating relevant promotional offersEnsure that the Parts Department is kept organised, clean and tidyInvoicing and taking payment for parts
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience
Desirable Requirements:
Franchised Dealership ExperienceKerridge or PinnacleFull UK Driving Licence

Basic Salary up to £28,000 (DOE)On Target Earnings of £34,000Great Benefits PackageMonday – Friday 42.5 hour weekSaturdays 1 in 2 paid as overtime – 4 hour shifts.
