The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS or NPORS certification and have a proven track record of operating heavy machinery in a construction or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 20-tonne excavator efficiently and safely in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and other related tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating a 20-tonne excavator.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery, particularly excavators, in a construction or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of excavation techniques and safety protocols.
